KWALL partnered with ODU to redesign the ODU Global website, creating a more user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional platform. The project aimed to enhance prospective student engagement, improve the program search experience, and integrate seamlessly with ODU’s marketing and CRM systems.
Our Process
Our plan prioritized intuitive navigation, an enhanced program search tool, personalized content integration, and a streamlined Request for Information (RFI) form. The design phase introduced multiple homepage and landing page concepts, incorporating ODUGlobal’s branding while ensuring accessibility and mobile responsiveness. We integrated Salesforce Education Cloud, ONet career data, and Halda for personalization. Rigorous usability, performance, and accessibility testing refined the user experience before launch.
