Content Services
a working bench, on retainer.
A working bench of writers, editors, and content strategists who learn your voice and ship publication-ready content on a retainer. Higher-ed admissions copy, civic-platform plain-language rewrites, AI-enabled drafting workflows for editors who don’t have time to fight ChatGPT. We don’t replace your team. We extend it.
What’s included
What you get.
01 · VOICE AND TONE GUIDE
Your brand voice, documented and applied.
In the first four to six weeks we develop a voice and tone reference built from your existing content, editorial preferences, and brand standards. Every writer assigned to your account works from this guide on every deliverable, so output is consistent from day one.
02 · MONTHLY CONTENT PRODUCTION
Publication-ready pages, on a retainer cadence.
Four to eight full-page rewrites or equivalent deliverables per month at the base tier, scaled up for sprint months or large migrations. Admissions copy, program pages, plain-language civic content, news drafts, and SEO-optimized page rewrites.
03 · SENIOR EDITORIAL REVIEW
Every deliverable edited before it reaches you.
Writers use AI-assisted drafting tools for research and first-draft speed. Every deliverable is edited and approved by a senior editor before delivery. You receive finished content, not raw output to rework.
04 · GEO-READY PAGE REWRITES
Content structured for AI citation.
For clients investing in generative engine optimization, we rewrite pages to the structured, citable format that large language models surface in AI-generated answers, grounding your expertise where searches are happening now.
05 · AI DRAFTING WORKFLOWS
In-house capability built for your editors.

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Will writers assigned to our account know our institution’s voice, or will we be reworking everything they send?
We develop a voice and tone guide in the first four to six weeks, a reference document built from your existing content, editorial preferences, and brand standards. Writers work from that guide on every deliverable. Rework rates drop significantly after the first month.
What kinds of content does this program typically produce?
Admissions and enrollment copy, program and department page rewrites, plain-language civic content, news and announcement drafts, and structured content for new page types or sections. We also produce SEO-optimized content and, for clients investing in GEO, AI-citation-ready page rewrites.
How do you use AI in your content workflows?
Writers on our team use AI-assisted drafting tools for research and first-draft acceleration, but every deliverable is edited and approved by a senior editor before it reaches you. We don’t send raw AI output. We also build custom drafting workflows for your editors if you want to bring that capability in-house.
The program starts at $5,000 per month. How does volume scale from there?
The base tier covers a set number of pages or deliverables per month, typically four to eight full-page rewrites or equivalent. Volume scales proportionally. Clients with large content migration needs sometimes run higher-volume sprint months and return to steady-state afterward.
Can we use this program for a one-time content migration rather than an ongoing retainer?
We can structure a defined engagement for a large migration project, though our preference is to transition into an ongoing retainer afterward. A one-time migration often reveals ongoing gaps that are easier and cheaper to address continuously than in the next large push.

Two ways from here. Skim the work and see if we’d be a fit, or send a quick note through the form. The founder reads them.
