Personalization & User Engagement
measured against what your provost actually cares about.

Audience modeling, segmentation, and dynamic content rollout for the metrics your leadership actually tracks: application conversions, form completes, page-by-page funnel drop-off. We build the personalization layer, the experiments, and the dashboards. You get fewer popups and higher conversion.

Starts ~$8k/month · Monthly experiments · Quarterly reviews

What’s included

What you get.

01 · AUDIENCE MODELING

Segment definition and first-party data strategy.

We map your audiences from first-party signals, inquiry behavior, program interest, and funnel stage, then define the segments your CMS and experiment tooling will act on. No third-party tracking, FERPA-conscious from day one.

02 · MONTHLY EXPERIMENTS

One live experiment every month.

Each month we design, deploy, and close an A/B or multivariate experiment tied to a KPI you track: RFI completions, application starts, appointment requests. You get a readout with results and the next experiment queued.

03 · DYNAMIC CONTENT

Personalized page variations.

Segment-specific headline, CTA, and content block variations built and deployed directly in your CMS, no separate personalization platform required.

04 · CONVERSION DASHBOARDS

Funnel visibility leadership can read.

We build and maintain the analytics dashboards that connect page-by-page behavior to the KPIs on your leadership scorecard, updated monthly and ready to share without interpretation.

05 · QUARTERLY REVIEWS

Roadmap recalibration.

What clients say in writing

KWALL did an excellent job and had an intuitive knowledge of our project that built on attributes of similar websites that we admired. KWALL’s work was quick and thorough, and everyone at KWALL was easy to work with and friendly.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

What platforms and tools does KWALL use to deliver personalization?

We build primarily on top of what you already have, Drupal’s audience segmentation capabilities, WordPress with Kadence or custom blocks, and third-party tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize replacements, or custom-built lightweight personalization layers. We don’t require you to adopt a specific vendor stack.

What metrics do you actually optimize for in a personalization program?

The metrics your leadership tracks: application conversions, RFI form completions, appointment requests, page-by-page funnel drop-off. We start each engagement by aligning on three to five KPIs and build the experiment roadmap from there, not vanity metrics like time-on-site.

How do monthly experiments work and who reviews them?

Each month we design, deploy, and close at least one experiment. At the end of the month you receive a readout, what we tested, what moved, what didn’t, and what we’re running next. Quarterly reviews go deeper with leadership and inform the following quarter’s roadmap.

This program starts at $8,000 per month, what justifies that cost?

The program includes audience modeling, segment definition, content variation development, experiment setup and analysis, dashboard maintenance, and quarterly leadership reviews. At $8k, that’s a strategy team embedded in your program, not a tool license you have to manage yourself.

Are there FERPA or data privacy constraints we need to worry about?

Yes, and we build personalization programs with those constraints in mind from the start. We do not rely on cross-site tracking, we use first-party data only, and we review data collection practices with your compliance team before any segments go live.

Made it to the bottom? You’re our kind of person.

Two ways from here. Skim the work and see if we’d be a fit, or send a quick note through the form. The founder reads them.
