Programs · The way we work after launch

A digital team you keep,
not a vendor you replace.

Most agencies sell launches. We sell relationships. Our programs model is how we stay: eight recurring engagements that treat your website as a living product, continuously improved by a team who already knows it inside out. Eight years is our average client tenure. That number is the entire business model.

The Information Age built libraries of facts.
But facts don’t move people. Imagination does.

01 · WAS

The old web organized information.

For three decades a website’s job was simple: take what an organization knew and put it in a searchable, indexable shape. That web has been built. It’s a solved problem.

02 · NOW

The new web sparks imagination.

Today a website is a platform, a product, a conversation partner. It has to compete with AI assistants for attention, earn trust with skeptical humans, and still answer to search engines. It has to feel like something.

03 · KWALL

We design for what comes next.

18 years of deep platform expertise. A practical AI practice. A team that obsesses over the human on the other side of the screen, and quietly, the search engines and LLMs that lead them there.

→ that’s the whole pitch, honestly

Eight programs · Pick one. Or stack them.

Each one stands alone. Most clients stack them.

What clients say in writing

KWALL did an excellent job and had an intuitive knowledge of our project that built on attributes of similar websites that we admired. KWALL’s work was quick and thorough, and everyone at KWALL was easy to work with and friendly.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

What exactly is a ‘program’ and how is it different from a standard retainer?

A program is a recurring engagement with a defined scope, cadence, and deliverables, not just a block of hours you draw down. Each program has a clear focus (maintenance, redesign, content, accessibility, etc.) so you know what you’re getting each quarter, not just how many hours remain.

Can we run multiple programs at the same time?

Yes, and most long-term clients do. A typical combination is Platform Maintenance plus Continuous Redesign, with Accessibility Compliance added for institutions facing ADA Title II timelines. Programs are designed to stack without duplicating effort.

What does ‘cancel any quarter’ mean in practice?

Programs run on a quarterly billing cycle. You can exit at the end of any quarter with standard notice. There are no multi-year commitments or cancellation penalties. Our average client has been with us eight years, not because they’re locked in, but because the work keeps producing results.

Do we have to have worked with KWALL before to start a program?

No. We take on program clients whose sites we didn’t build. There’s a paid onboarding period, typically four to six weeks, where we audit the existing site and codebase before we take on any recurring obligations. That way we know exactly what we’re committing to.

Who is our point of contact across a program engagement?

Each program client has a named program lead who attends quarterly reviews and is the consistent relationship contact. They coordinate across disciplines, engineering, design, content, so you’re not managing multiple vendor threads yourself.

On the work beneath the work

Our work with KWALL isn’t just a CMS change. It’s been a capability change: components, accessible markup, and authoring that delivers quality by default.

Two ways from here. Skim the work and see if we’d be a fit, or send a quick note through the form. The founder reads them.
